IceCold Building Solutions is led by Ryan Pfeiffer, who brings hands-on experience across commercial, industrial, and controlled environment project work.
Ryan’s approach is direct, practical, and focused on helping clients get from uncertainty to execution. He understands that most owners and operators are not looking for more complexity. They need someone who can help organize the work, coordinate the right people, and keep the project moving.
